Millgrade — Disclosures

Last updated: 13 August 2026

Who makes this.

Millgrade is produced by Mill 97, s. r. o., Severná ulica 195/27, 915 01 Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Slovakia, IČO 55 872 841, registered in the Commercial Register of Okresný súd Trenčín, oddiel: Sro, vložka č. 46032/R. Contact: support@millgrade.com.

What a score is.

Every Company Quality Score and verdict is computed by fixed rules from published fundamentals. The same ticker shows the same score to every visitor. Nothing is personalised, and nothing here is investment advice: Millgrade never assesses whether an investment is suitable for you, and never tells anyone to buy, sell, or hold.

How it's made.

The method is public at /methodology. Every report carries its methodology version and the timestamp of when it was scored. Scores change only when the data does.

The record.

Every score and verdict is dated and permanent. When a verdict changes, the old one stays on the ticker's history page. The record cannot be backdated.

Independence and positions.

No company pays to be covered, scored, or ranked. Millgrade takes no issuer money, no placement fees, no commissions. The operator personally holds positions in some covered companies, including several of the widely covered large caps. Those positions are disclosed here as a standing fact and are never an input: the scoring pipeline reads published fundamentals and has no knowledge of any portfolio — including the operator's.

Data.

Fundamentals come from Financial Modeling Prep; filings from SEC EDGAR. Each report shows the as-of date of its data.

AI.

The prose on reports and in the Brief is written by AI (Anthropic's Claude models) and is constrained to describing the numbers. Every figure is computed and rendered by code — the AI cannot change a score, a verdict, or a number.

The Brief.

The daily Brief arranges these same public assessments around the companies a subscriber chooses to track. The arrangement is personal; the assessments are not, and the Brief contains no recommendations.
